Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the event/service date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the event/service date.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
